    Kitchen remodeling and replacement

    Pleasant, helpful and efficient got through taking down a wall and replacing all the old cabinets and appliances, Coordinated brilliantly the electrician, plasters and plumbers and took on the many associated bits to make the job complete. Finished the whole job to their quotation. I can recommend Aidan & Harry to others. I will use them again. Lindsay in Seaford.

    Hip to gable loft extension - Foxtail are your guys!

    I can't rate Foxtail highly enough. They did a hip to gable dorma loft extension for us and have done a fabulous job! They're perfectionists and really do care about making every detail right. We fully trusted them to advise on every decision we needed to make. The extension is absolutely solid, not a single creak. They were super tidy and disruption to our home was minimal. Harry, Aidan, Matteus & any other tradeys brought in were true gents and lovely to have around, our young kids loved them. They kept to budget and timelines. 100% recommend, very skilled and lovely guys!

    Replacing a juliet balcony

    Aidan was extremely helpful throughout - he took the time to measure up carefully, liaise with suppliers and find solutions when faced with an unexpected issue. He was polite, considerate and clear in his communications throughout. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would use him again.

    Large loft conversion with 1st floor ceilings lowered

    The whole Foxtail team were amazing. It was tricky as we needed the first floor ceilings lowered to make room for conversion. They worked around so well doing this with limited mess. The actual conversion is way better than we ever imagined. It feels so solid, like it was always part of the house. The workmanship, down to the smallest details is perfect. The guys were so patient with all my questions/changes/worrying! Everyone we came in contact with via them, the plumber, electrician, decorator followed their same amazing work ethic. Total Pleasure.     Building a section of the roof

    Foxtail offered great advice and a workable solution when we had water damage from a flat section of the roof. They were able to build the roof at an angle to ensure better water flow in future. Despite difficult weather causing delays, they kept in contact and completed the work efficiently.

Foxtail carpentry and construction is a Brighton based general building company with a particularly high standard of finish, we are happy to work on any project from built in furniture to loft conversions, kitchens, extensions, renovations and new builds.


Finding a builder, you can trust can be intimidating, so we have always tried to make the experience as easy and trouble free as possible. We are happy to discuss a project with you from the beginning, will advise wherever possible, and throughout a build we maintain good communication, working closely with you to provide a result you're delighted with.


We have a wealth of experience across all aspects of carpentry and building including:
