Aidan was extremely helpful throughout - he took the time to measure up carefully, liaise with suppliers and find solutions when faced with an unexpected issue. He was polite, considerate and clear in his communications throughout. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would use him again.

The whole Foxtail team were amazing. It was tricky as we needed the first floor ceilings lowered to make room for conversion. They worked around so well doing this with limited mess. The actual conversion is way better than we ever imagined. It feels so solid, like it was always part of the house. The workmanship, down to the smallest details is perfect. The guys were so patient with all my questions/changes/worrying! Everyone we came in contact with via them, the plumber, electrician, decorator followed their same amazing work ethic. Total Pleasure. Foxtail offered great advice and a workable solution when we had water damage from a flat section of the roof. They were able to build the roof at an angle to ensure better water flow in future. Despite difficult weather causing delays, they kept in contact and completed the work efficiently.

Harry was very information, work was done in timeframe set out and to good quality. Price was fair for service and extent of work.

Everything they did for me was to a high standard. They were punctual, priced the job accurately and kept me well informed throughout the process. We found Foxtail on Checkatrader for a full refurbishment of our 1930s house. Harry and Aiden impressed us with their professionalism and competitive quote. They promptly scheduled and efficiently completed the work. Despite typical issues like leaks and dust, they were always approachable and quick to fix problems. Their excellent workmanship, especially in the kitchen, even impressed the Wren fitters. They resolved minor issues without fuss and were respectful and tidy throughout. I highly recommend Foxtail for their reliability and skill, and would gladly work with them again.
