  Increasing shower flow & installing a hard water conditioner

  Dave and Roy know plumbing! They recommended an accumulator tank to increase the flow rate to our showers and installed a TAC hard water conditioner to tackle the limescale. Excellent diagnosis, recommendations, installation and communication throughout. We now have truly powerful showers without needing an electric pump and we have noticed a dramatic increase in the flow of water, the speed with which hot water arrives and the level of temperature control we now have (thanks to the additional flow rate).

  Combi Boiler Installation

  Upgraded our immersion tank/boiler to a new combo boiler. Dave, Roy, and the rest of the team were great. From the initial quote with Roy to the work being carried by the team, communication was always great. They were meticulous, and advised/gave their expertise when needed. Even when things weren't as planned during the installation, they dealt with it efficiently and without complaints. The price was extremely competitive and would thoroughly recommend!

  New boiler installation - great work and friendly people

  Efficient and thorough work conducted by Roy and his colleague to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one, complete with new flue. Work was completed in a pleasant and friendly manner, with both workers on the job being polite and considerate throughout. Highly recommended!

  Leaking valve

  Fortress were very quick and very professional. Luckily they were 5 minutes away when i called and popped in on their way past to see what needed doing, Dave proceeded to the the job there and then, i could'nt really believe my luck. All done and repaired 50 minutes after my original phone call. Im sure they wont be able to do this every time(!) but would have no hesitation in using them again, especially after i found out a neighbour in a nearby road have used them several times with glowing reports. Highly recommended. Thank you!
