When our old boiler suddenly stopped working, in a really cold spell, we needed someone urgently. Two friends recommended Fortress, Roy Jones, and we are so grateful. A new boiler was fitted and set up within two days of checking the old boiler. A great job done.

Repaired central heating excellent job house has never been so warm.

We chose Fortress to upgrade our central heating system which included replacing our old boiler with a new Vaillant boiler with Sensocomfort controls, and TRVs fitted in place of the old radiator valves. Roy and Ollie arrived early each day, worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and tidy and got the job done to our satisfaction within 2 days, including needing to run in a new gas pipe due to the existing one being undersized. We’re very pleased with the new system and will look to use the Fortress team for future jobs.

Having decided to replace my 45 year old gas boiler I did a lot of research on what I wanted and who I wanted to install it. Fortress weren’t the cheapest quote I had but weren’t that far off, and certainly ticked all the other boxes. i.e. communication, knowledge, guidance and advice. The work was carried out by Roy and completed within the day, very proficiently and professionally. Thank you.

Replaced water storage tank - really great job by Dave and colleague, nothing was ever any hassle and everything sorted in my loft / all done properly. All arranged and sorted super efficiently, kept me updated with what they were doing, super clear of what is needed and answering all my questions! Thank you very much for everything!
