  Ahmad visited the very next day after first contact at no extra charge and offered a very competitive price on Checkatrade (and I’d argue he’s worth paying a premium for). What sets him apart is his friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our existing wall bracket was too high, but he quickly found a solution by providing a very cheap replacement bracket, and had friendly conversation with us throughout his time. Even though he wasn’t obligated to, he also downloaded extra foreign TV channels. Fortis / Ahmad will be my first choice going forward and I will recommend to all

  I had Ahmad who was very professional - always quick to respond to calls/messages. Answered any questions I had and was a very patient man. Completed the work in a couple of hours with no complaints despite there being a few hiccups with explanations from my end. Would recommend 10/10

  I had a call within minutes from Ahmad of job going up - he came to my property within 30 mins to give quotation and arrived next afternoon as promised and completed the fit that same day. excellent work - professional and friendly!
