Ahmed was great - came out at short notice and did a really neat job. On top of that, he explained what he was doing very clearly and helped me diagnose some problems with some roofing work and went above and beyond in helping me with that, taking photos and giving some great advice plus also agreeing to come back for free to finish the job once those roofing issues were resolved. Lovely bloke!
