We recently had the opportunity to work with Forthright Roofing after encountering issues with falling bricks and leaks from our chimney. From the outset, we were impresse by their prompt response and the reasonable quote they provided. The repair work was carried out by Walter and Jamie, who exemplified professionalism throughout the process. They were not only efficient in their approach but also approachable, with Walter taking the time to explain each stage of the repair in detail. This transparency helped alleviate any concerns I had regarding the work being performed.

Forthright were incredible quick to respond to my query and booked in time to visit that week. The work was done quickly with follow up by a senior member of staff to discuss the chimney and potential next actions. All done very politely.

Brilliant service, very pleasant during quote and quick service to fix the issue. Very professional and polite during the job and was completed with no disruption to me. All rubbish taken away. Would recommend this service!

I called and was told I would get call back the next day. I got a call the same day. I shared how my tiles looked to me and Steve said he would get his roofers to survey them. A couple of roofers were on site the next day -10/03/25. I knew about 1 missing/fallen tile. This was replaced. The Roofers advised of other broken tiles. They came back the following day (11/03/25) and replaced 3. I'm very grateful.
