  Assessment of work to be done to guttering and chimney was good and explained clearly.. 3 men doing the work on the day worked hard in very cold weather. Very polite, showed me work they had done. Expensive job but reassured that it was well done.

  Great service from Elliott who did the quote - explained options well - very reassuring and knowledgeable. Great service from chap who put boiler in, sorry didn't get his name, very efficient and focused. Definitely recommend.
