  James was very knowledgeable and polite and I would 100% recommend his services! I thought I needed a new oven element replacement however James identified it was just the wire that had burnt out and didn’t overcharge for this. I will be keeping his number in case I need his services again. Thank you.

  Excellent repair and customer service

  James came and repaired my washing machine which had a failed control board that needed replacing. Initially it was tricky to source the part needed but James was fantastic and offered to loan us a washing machine whilst my own one was fixed as we had a two week old baby and a washing machine was a necessity. He managed to obtain the part needed and the machine is now working beautifully. He was very knowledgeable, reliable and went above and beyond to ensure that we had access to a washing machine. I highly recommend for any appliances that need repair as you will get an excellent service.

  Exceptional Professional Service

  My elderly parent's integrated fridge broke down on Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend. James responded on the Sunday and said that Andy would come out and look on the Bank Holiday Monday which he did. The fridge was unable to be repaired (it was over 30 years old!) Andy took the measurements and helped us choose a suitable replacement which James ordered for us and then delivered and fitted on Thursday of the same week. The whole process was stress free and the kitchen was left in an immaculate condition. James took away the old fridge and all the packaging. I cannot recommend highly enough.

  Fridge/ Freezer repair

  James was Excellent. Repaired my mothers fridge including sourcing parts and saved us having to buy a new one. Turned up on time. Would definately use him again and no hestation in recommending him.

  Can’t recommend James more - he’s fixed our oven, dishwasher and washing machine in the past and is everything you’d want. He knows his stuff, is friendly and reliable and a great communicator.
