James visited as my old fridge freezer was not working (not getting cold). He identified the issue and that it wasn’t cost efficient to repair compared to replacing it with a new one which he supplied and fitted at a very reasonable price. James was knowledgable, professional and kept me updated throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Great experience from James, after two other companies said it was unrepairable and Bosch themselves a 4 week lead time on a callout to even look at it, the problem was diagnosed correctly, advice given and fixed within 24 hours of contacting. Definitely recommend, save this number in your phone now!

James was lovely. He did a good job, kept us informed about the part coming in and charged a reasonable price. We will certainly use him again if we have problems with other appliances.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, I called spoke to James he called back to say he was on his way arrived on time fixed the oven and warmer saw other issues and corrected those too talked me though every step of each part of the repair Absolutely brilliant service If I have any issues in the future I know who to call. Honestly, the nicest man, made me feel really comfortable and at ease, explained what he was doing and went out of his way to make it look as good as possible! So grateful and deffo worth the money spent. Saved the contact number, anything else I need that Forry’s can do, he will be the only one I’m calling!!
