My elderly parent's integrated fridge broke down on Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend. James responded on the Sunday and said that Andy would come out and look on the Bank Holiday Monday which he did. The fridge was unable to be repaired (it was over 30 years old!) Andy took the measurements and helped us choose a suitable replacement which James ordered for us and then delivered and fitted on Thursday of the same week. The whole process was stress free and the kitchen was left in an immaculate condition. James took away the old fridge and all the packaging. I cannot recommend highly enough.

James was Excellent. Repaired my mothers fridge including sourcing parts and saved us having to buy a new one. Turned up on time. Would definately use him again and no hestation in recommending him.

Can’t recommend James more - he’s fixed our oven, dishwasher and washing machine in the past and is everything you’d want. He knows his stuff, is friendly and reliable and a great communicator.

James turned up after leaving another job on time ,actually a bit beforehand, very professional & polite. He had come to assess the issue with my dryer so thinking he’d turn up have a look and order the part this fella had one on his van and changed it whilst at my property! I wouldn’t hesitate to pass on this guys info with the highest recommendation I can ! Top guy !

James quickly responded to our initial problem. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than we first thought and he had to work really hard and think outside the box to find a solution. If he hadn’t been so intuitive we might have had to replace our fridge totally. Excellent service
