We were kept up to date with texts informing us of arrival times of repair man. When he arrived and checked the machine he informed us it was beyond repair. As it was late in the day I thought I would have to be without a machine for a couple more days. He informed me if we went to the store, picked a machine and it was in stock he would deliver and fit tonight. The prices of machines were competitive and the staff were very helpful. The lady at Forresters who we dealt with was very informative and polite and helpful.
