Polite and friendly first call to arrange someone to come out. The lad came out as arranged and was also friendly and explained the problem and fixed my dishwasher in no time. Would definitely use Forresters again and highly recommend, thank you.

Superb customer service. Appliances delivered and fitted as agreed. Constant updates from the fitter with regard to the timings of the appointment. Ver ver happy all round. Old models removed and taken away for disposal.

As a landlord I always use Forresters for all appliance installations, replacements or repairs. They are reliable and very efficient. On this occasion the repair was my own range cooker. Turned up on time, gave great advice and once the fault was identified he returned a couple of days later to fit the new part. They text an arrival time a few minutes before which is great. Highly recommend
