Andy and his team quickly stepped in after I had some bad acting roofers damaged my roof on purpose. Andy was quick to assess the situation and advise on what was best for me. Andy is conscientious, honest, and trustworthy. He is experienced and knowledgeable. He was also accurate with his timings and would communicate if there was a change in plan. All work was completed within expected timeframes. They repaired my roof and returned it to it's original state. I could not be happier to recommend Andy and his team!

We were recommended Andy Johnson by friends who had used his services before. We asked him round to quote for replacing chimney pots. Very easygoing individual, we felt reassured by his attitude and knowledge. Any work that needs scaffolding will by necessity be costly and we wanted to be sure that the work would be done well, and equally importantly, that we were not dealing with someone who would be pushing us to do other works that would not be necessary... the work was done promptly and efficiently, at the quoted price. He dealt with scaffolders. Very happy to recommend.

I recently had some work on my flat roof by Folan and Johnson. From the very start they were professional punctual and easy to communicate with. What really stood out was their attention to detail and clearly the pride they took in their work explaining everything as they went along and also tiding up as they went along. The job was finished on time and within the agreed budget. It's rare to find someone skilled and reliable these days. I would highly recommend them and should we need any future roofing work done Folan & Johnson will be my first choice.

Hard working, pleasant team, leaving roof watertight each night. Offered advice and adapted to problems if they arose. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The guttering was full and didn't have the correct fall, so water was pouring over the top by our front door. It was difficult to access the guttering, but Andy and Scott managed to get to it via an adjacent roof. They always get the job done, efficiently and without any fuss.

My chimney cowl was dislodged during Storm Bert, and left in danger of falling off completely and causing damage to my roof, my car, and my neighbour's property. I phoned F&J on Saturday morning and Andy came to look at the chimney within an hour. He had a quote with me on Monday, which I accepted on Thursday (after investigating alternative quotes). He arranged scaffolders for Friday, came and did the job while they were on site, and they cleared up and left the same day - just ahead of the next storm coming through. Excellent service.
