  The men were very courteous, polite and professional. They went above and beyond in trying to find instructions online to arrange the coals correctly on my fire. They cleaned up after themselves too. Would definitely recommend.

  From the start, I knew I was in good hands. Paul, who carried out the initial survey, shared his knowledge and expertise to ensure I understood the regulations, etc. When choosing the log-burning stove, I was provided with excellent information and guidance by Robyn. On the day of installation, Iain, Nathan and Carson were amazing. They work well together and are a great team. They respected my house and home by laying dust sheets over the carpets (from front door to fireplace) and over the settee. They also provided a great handover and induction on log burning!

  Fantastic service from all the team i have been really impressed with their professionalism and communication . I have a old Victorian house and the difference the log burners have made is incredible . The 3 man team were great and the installtion of 3 Woodburners was done in a day with expert precision . Special shout out to Carson for braving the winds at the top of my houses very tall chimneys. Communication was superb throughout and great value for money would highly recommend .
