Care on time friendly and professional job well done highly recommend.

From the start, I knew I was in good hands. Paul, who carried out the initial survey, shared his knowledge and expertise to ensure I understood the regulations, etc. When choosing the log-burning stove, I was provided with excellent information and guidance by Robyn. On the day of installation, Iain, Nathan and Carson were amazing. They work well together and are a great team. They respected my house and home by laying dust sheets over the carpets (from front door to fireplace) and over the settee. They also provided a great handover and induction on log burning!

Fantastic service from all the team i have been really impressed with their professionalism and communication . I have a old Victorian house and the difference the log burners have made is incredible . The 3 man team were great and the installtion of 3 Woodburners was done in a day with expert precision . Special shout out to Carson for braving the winds at the top of my houses very tall chimneys. Communication was superb throughout and great value for money would highly recommend .

Absolutely superb. Arrived on time. Very clean workers. Friendly and very professional. Only took 2.5 hours, thought it would take far longer. Advice given about using the appliance. Could not recommend enough. Really pleased.

The person who assessed the job was very positive and assured us that the job would be done well and within 2 days The team who came to do the job Ian, Nathan and Carson, were wonderful. They worked hard as a team. They cleared and cleaned as they worked. Even when tricky bits were encountered they remained positive and worked through them. They took pride in doing a good job and we vote them the best workmen we have ever had.. Many thanks all round

Fantastic annual service of my multifuel stove by Fluetech. Always polite and work cleanly and efficiently. Gave advice post service and a recommendation for chimney. Third year of using and happy to recommend.
