  Stefan was excellent! Responded to my job request quickly and professionally, and arranged an appointment within a week of my request. He carried out the work brilliantly, explaining the process, and provided all the necessary paperwork needed - I've already booked him in advance for 2027! A really professional and experienced chimney sweeping service.
