Thorough, helpful, prompt communication. Gave us lots of info about our appliance and chimney on the day (having recently moved in) and all clean and tidy after.

Very knowledgeable, very helpful. Phoned in advance to let me know he was on his way. Carried out chimney sweep exactly as requested. Plenty of advice on my log burner. Will definitely be using again next year.
