We are new to the area and needed new flooring throughout our flat. Fludes came out to measure up, brought samples with them and gave us helpful advice along the way. Our quote arrived within a couple of days and we were very impressed with the price. When we chose our carpets, unfortunately they weren’t available, Fludes kept us regularly updated and gave us the opportunity to change our choice. When the carpets were ready to be fitted we had a choice of dates and they arrived when they said they would. The carpet fitters were excellent. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Received a phone call in the morning and the carpet was fitted by lunchtime. Fitters did a brilliant job and carpet looks great.
