Excellent helpful staff in shop. Very knowledgeable about what would be best for our home, very competitive price. The fitter was friendly, professional and extremely hard working - did a fantastic job!

The contractors were very polite, worked hard, respectful of my property and knowing I have cancer they were very kind to me. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Very helpful member of staff in the shop who spent time discussing my needs, recommending suitable carpet, and a prompt home visit to measure up, bringing a range of colour samples. All queries answered promptly. Fitters arrived on time and did an excellent job, leaving flat clean, tidy and all furniture put back.

Great communication throughout and extremely helpful with advice as well as accommodating. Hugely appreciated their approach and felt a really valued customer throughout. Really tidy and friendly fitters, who left the bedrooms looking first class. All timelines indicated worked out perfectly.

We had less than two weeks to get our flat measured and fitted for carpets. Fludes fitted us in last minute just after Christmas . They did a quick excellent job and even arranged for the doors to be trimmed a couple of days later. Really pleased with the result.

I visited the store to enquire about replacing lounge and hall carpets with laminate flooring. I was helped by the in-store salesman and a visit was arranged to measure the rooms. Again, I was offered a lot of help back in the shop to decide on the correct colour of flooring to match the existing woodwork. The fitting was arranged conveniently and carried out by a very competent and amiable flooring specialist. He helped me by solving a couple of small problems. His work was excellent and he was a very considerate workman throughout. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this local company.
