    We had a leek in the roof at the site of the solar panel

    The quote was accepted, but unfortunately due to constant rain for several months, the job was finally done at the beginning of February. The leek was not resolved in the first instance. After conveying the result the roofer did come out again, after waiting a few days. A new lead channel was fitted and so far it appears to have worked. The work was carried out professionally , area left tidy.

    New garage roof

    F.L Property Services were due to complete a repair on my garage roof at the end of last year. Due to weather and fitting in the work it was delayed until a few weeks ago. In fact when they did come over to complete the works, the area in question was a lot worst and a full roof was recommended. The roofers were fantastic and would highly recommend. I will be expecting that level of works from any future projects! Great guys who just cracked on. It was a good price and would use again for other projects.

    Fixing guttering.

    They fixed main problem which was the broken gutter. Cleaned gutters back and front and installed things to prevent debris building up. Suggested removing moss from roof tiles (lots of it always falling down in clumps), and treating roof with stuff to stop moss coming back. While up there doing work they noticed chimney had bits missing. Asked me if I wanted them to fix it, which I did. They secured it with cement. The guys were efficient and tidied up after themselves.
