  Fixing guttering.

  They fixed main problem which was the broken gutter. Cleaned gutters back and front and installed things to prevent debris building up. Suggested removing moss from roof tiles (lots of it always falling down in clumps), and treating roof with stuff to stop moss coming back. While up there doing work they noticed chimney had bits missing. Asked me if I wanted them to fix it, which I did. They secured it with cement. The guys were efficient and tidied up after themselves.

  Scheduling and Communication Issues

  We were interested in using the services but, unfortunately, could not progress to the quotation stage. A total of 10 messages were exchanged just to schedule one appointment, with 7 of those initiated by me due to delayed responses. The no-show on the day of the appointment, along with no apologies and the lack of follow-up communication, was a significant let down after such a lengthy process. When I mentioned that the appointment needed to be rescheduled, the response received was quite rude. There is a need for a more proactive approach and improved appointment management in the future.

  Replacement of leaking gutter joint

  Frank and his brother did a great job replacing a leaking gutter joint at the front of our house. They clearly shows us what the problem was and even cleaned the gutters while they were here. Communication was quick and decisive which made the job very easy for us. They also pointed out another issue with our house which we never noticed and are now fixing. We'd definitely use them again in future for any property maintenance work.

  Concrete above fascia replacement/fixing loose tiles.

  Frank and his colleagues at this company are brilliant. They had a very quick respond time to my inquiry and when they came to quote, they were sure to show us clearly where work needed to be done. They also explained in a clear way why the work needed to be done/what it would entail and after 5 minutes of working out costing were able to give us a rough quote. They emailed the quote formally and promptly and were able to do the work the following week. When the company got to work they were extremely hard working, professional, and left zero mess behind.
