  Great job on gutter repair

  Great work from F.L. Property Maintenance Ltd to repair and fix up a gutter that had broken away from the fascia and clean everything out too. Happy to know about these guys for other maintenance jobs that we have coming up too.

  New cowl fitted on chimney

  All Aspects were good to work with and fitted a smart new cowl to our chimney after recent storms had caused damage. The Team were friendly, helpful and polite throughout. They were responsive to messages and explained what they were doing, working on site with consideration. The fitting took a couple of days as initial parts didn't fit. The new parts added cost to the initial estimate- it may be better to take a bit more time to get the estimate more accurate rather than add -ons halfway through.

  Diagnosing where rats were getting into our drains and sealing the drains to prevent this.

  Smart Drainz were prompt and did an excellent job throughout. They had to visit twice, keeping us clearly informed of what they felt needed doing at all stages and agreeing a way forward with us that allowed us to consider options and costs. We are now almost a year on and our drains have worked well. One way flaps were fitted to prevent rats coming up the drains toward the house. Seals were put inside the drains to strengthen them. Thank you - a job very well done!

  New pedestrian gate fitted at side of house

  New Forest Fencing were excellent throughout. Our quote was prepared quickly and adjustments made, with good advice given to us on making it secure but also allowing the accessibility we needed for dogs, bikes, house visitors etc. The fitting work was done promptly, tidily and to a very high standard. The design is very attractive and fits really well into the rest of the garden and house surround. We were super-impressed and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
