Very simple job that I had been struggling with all day due to pipe sizes and fittings. Called me at 9.30pm in a Thursday and just talked me through it. Charlie initially visited our property to assess what was causing the loud whistling noise coming from our taps. He carried out a full check and discovered that we also had a leak in the waste pipe, which we were completely unaware of. Charlie returned a few days later to replace the taps and waste. He completed the work top a high standard and did a through check before leaving to make sure everything was running correctly. He also left the area clean and tidy.
