We had a sump pump failure on Wednesday afternoon. Charlie came to the house and drained the tank and explained the restrictions on water /sewage usage in the house. He worked with us to find the correct replacement pump and where to source it for next day delivery. Pump was delivered early Friday and by 4pm Friday it was fully installed, checked and the room cleaned. Very efficient, professional and fairly priced. Couldn’t recommend more strongly.

Very simple job that I had been struggling with all day due to pipe sizes and fittings. Called me at 9.30pm in a Thursday and just talked me through it. Could have come and charged call outs or just not called. Incredibly generous with his time. Very much appreciated.

Charlie initially visited our property to assess what was causing the loud whistling noise coming from our taps. He carried out a full check and discovered that we also had a leak in the waste pipe, which we were completely unaware of. Charlie returned a few days later to replace the taps and waste. He completed the work top a high standard and did a through check before leaving to make sure everything was running correctly. He also left the area clean and tidy. On each visit, Charlie was punctual, extremely professional and very polite. A very positive experience.

Charlie couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our interactions. Really knowledgeable and felt like someone you can trust to carry out his work to a high professional standard - which he did. He even generously offered advice over the phone prior to us requiring his help. Would recommend to anyone!
