  Engineer was polite and considerate from the moment he arrived and offering to remove his shoes in the hallway. He worked methodically, sharing some sound advice on boiler care and maintenance as he worked.

  Sabir carried out some work with our water tank and was great - sent him some initial pictures and explained the issue and he knew exactly what was required. He got the part and came shortly after and replaced the part. Explained to me what to keep an eye on for any future issues. Will definitely be using him for any future work. Thanks again!

  Boiler Installation

  Sabir and Omar did a wonderful job installing a new boiler. Our boiler was taken out of action by another plumber late on Friday night. After receiving a range of quotes and communications from multiple trade people, Sabir went out of his way to fully communicate the options and provide a solution at very short notice over the weekend. In less than a day, Sabir and Omar, removed and installed the new boiler to a very high standard. The customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend. I feel reassured that if there was another issue with the central heating I can call Sabir.

  Water tank and electrical boiler replacement

  Sabir and Lawrence were fantastic. They were extremely professional throughout liaising with various different people when I had to be at work. They got me quotes very quickly and began the work as soon as possible. The work was done very neatly and I am very happy with the results. They gave me a full explanation of how everything works and made sure I knew about all the relevant warranties. I will definitely be using them again and have recommended them to others in my building.

  Pleased with work

  After installing my boiler 5 years ago, Sabir has been doing the yearly service. This year the 5th year he changed the seal of the heat exchanger and the usual safety check. Very pleased with Sabirs work as always.
