After a couple of cancellations from other plumbers, we were visited on a last minute call out on Saturday.
He was quick to figure out the issue, informative, reassuring and set out a very clear resolution plan. He also managed the majority of the communication with our landlord.
He then returned on Tuesday to complete a quick replacement of the necessary components. Both him and his colleague were very professional, polite and speedy in their work. He also pointed out other things that might be worth replacing, mentioning he could also help with this, agreeing to discuss with out landlord.
