  Chris and Jack arrived promptly at 8:30 as re‑arranged and looked professional from the start. They got straight to work, brought the right kit, and kept the gate shut for our dog. They cleared a 20‑year build‑up of leaves, fat and hair, then showed me on camera that the drain was fully clear with no root ingress. Fair price for great work. Really impressed with both lads, their attitude, and the care they took throughout the whole job. Friendly, efficient and very thorough

  Very thorough, reliable, and quick service!

  Chris & Jack were brilliant in quickly sorting out a house drain blockage; I spotted the problem at 17:30 the previous evening and they gave me a quote, arranged a time, arrived on time, and had the job entirely completed by 9AM the next morning. As well as clearing the blockage, they also examined all pipes/drains leading out from the property with CCTV and explained the problem before also cleaning everything down for us! Really excellent service!

  Blocked shared drain identified Amazing service

  The Chris and Jack were there the same day, they were very knowledgeable, polite and tidy. They provided clear feedback and offered advice around where responsibilities lie on a shared drain. The coffee they had was best of the day 😉. Thank you!

  Swift unblockage

  Jack & Chris were very professional and reacted immediately to our call, they were with us next day and had the blockage removed swiftly. They provided plenty of images and videos to support the service which is very appreciated. Would use again and recommend to anyone else.

  Cleared external drain

  Flowpro drainage did an excellent job clearing out an external drain, they explained the problem clearly and gave advice on long term solutions. Great communication too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services again in the future.
