Excellent service. Lovely friendly guys. We had a blocked external drain that was backing up in the recent rain. Phoned the guys first thing in the morning and they came and sorted on the same day.

They were on time,and very polite. They explained everything before before they did it and while they were doing it. They even unblocked my sink drain for me which I didn't relies was blocked.and put a cover on it as there wasn't one. once my toilet was unblocked they advised me to contact a plumber to put new seals in my toilet system as it was leaking badly. what a lovely respectful pair of young men. Being a single person and having to get tradesmen in is nerve racking. These young men I would highly recommend not only did they do the job they were ask to do they also saw another problem and fixed that as well. 5 star service.

Chris and Jack carried out a drain inspection for me following a check a trade request. They explained up front what they would do, and what the costs were. They kept me informed on their arrival time, and were prompt. Great explanation of the job, shared videos and pics. Respectful to my property, and my neighbours. Very pleased, and would have no hesitation in recommending.

Flowpro managed to attend to my drain problem on the same day. The lads were polite, professional and cheerful. They quickly sorted the problem, showing me a video of what they had done and the clear drain afterwards. They didn't leave any mess, just some useful advice. I'm very pleased with their work.
