Mitch and the team were brilliant from the word go. Mitch came round to inspect the job. The quote was reasonable and a date was set for the work. Mitch and the team turned up on the day to give us a rundown of the work to be carried out and a timeline for completion. All the team were polite and curtious and the work carried was to a high standard. We are very happy with the work and service. Flow Plumbing and Heating worked on a completely new en-suite bathroom and new adaptations in my main bathroom too. The guys were efficient, friendly and delivered a high standard of work which is most definitely evident in the end result. Mitch’s communication was brilliant - responding promptly to queries. Fitted us in quickly as well. The team were amazing - turned up on time, tidy work, looked after the property (carpet protectors down etc.) work was great quality, boiler use explained well once fitted and they left the house nice and tidy.
