Mitch tasked one of his team to attend as an emergency and sorted the issue which was due to poor plumbing undertaken by a builder when doing a conversion to our property some years ago. I contacted Mitchell very close to Christmas as tenants boiler was leaking - he got to the job and repaired the part with in the week. Turned out new boiler was required which was organised and fitted promptly in new year. Very efficient and no changes to costs which is important to me.

Great service, really efficient with time and planning when to come. Had my boiler serviced and radiator remove with no hassle, thought the price was reasonable and would never use another company in Cardiff for this kind of work

What can I say, the guys turned up on time, were extremely respectful about my property and were friendly and helpful throughout the entire day. The pipework looks fantastic and the whole experience was a good one from quotation to finish. I also had an extremely complicated custom heating solution which Mitch and the boys were more than happy to work with me to ensure it was all working well. House has never been so warm! All in all, I couldn't recommend Flow enough. I'll definitely be using them for any other work going forward.
