Faulty loft toilet macerator- Stephen installed a new Saniflow unit. Previous unit (which was not Saniflow ) had leaked from the unit and the pipes had a leek too, Stephen ensured there were no more leeks. Very happy with work , very professional , price was fair and standard , I can recommend him.

Stephen was absolutely fantastic. He came round at very short notice and kept me updated when he would arrive. He checked on a suspected leak for me which was in a very tight cupboard space so not the easiest job. He explained to me clearly and patiently what he had found and although he confirmed there was no leak, he gave me recommendations for ongoing management.

Stephen has done a great job replacing the toilet flush system. He was on time and very professional. Thank you very much .

Stephen at Flowmaster was brilliant, and his communication prior to the job being booked in was 10 out of 10. After the initial diagnosis Stephen gave a range of options but was able to fix the issue more efficiently. On the job, there were access issues but Stephen was also about to help with that too. The experience was great and I will keep his details for future work - he was a pleasure to deal with!
