I of course know my limits but do touch on other trades to get my jobs done without having to use sub-contractors.

The level of work I provide is of a high standard, I’m NOT a slap dash outfit!

On my estimates I’ll give you potential worst case and best-case scenarios that can arise from certain jobs.
