  Sort out kitchen tap

  Replacement of toilet

  From my initial enquiry Jordon was very helpful. We discussed the work that needed doing and Jordon said that if I let him know when the new toilet arrived he would fit me in. Despite changes to delivery time he came to fit the toilet even though it meant him working late. Jordon was very pleasant and polite throughout. He made adjustments to the surround to accommodate the difference in size from my old toilet. He left the area clean. I am very satisfied with his work, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

  Shower replacement

  We needed a shower repaire as quickly as possible. Jordan was able to come out the next day. He had provided a quote based on the current shower but on after attending the house he assessed that a cheaper shower option was available. He obtained the shower and replaced it that same day. He showed respect to the property , not wearing his shoes in the house and cleaning up after himself. We were very happy with the work he did and would use him again.

  Detecting a leak and resolving the issue

  We contacted Jordan as he had excellent reviews which I can see why! He kept me up to date prior to arriving making sure I knew if he was going to be longer than expected. Whilst at our property he was extremely thorough checking the entire house for the leak, finding this behind our toilet and going out of his way to find the best materials to use on the job. He checked the work done several times, finding another fault which he spent a further hour fixing this as well. Overall we are EXTREMELY happy with the work and professionalism from Jordan!

  Out side tap replacement

  Jordan arrived at the time agreed and after introductions started straight away, it turned out to be something other than a faulty tap and Jordan went above and beyond to rectify the problem. He is also the most friendly and knowledgeable trades person I have ever met and will use again if and when.

  I hired Jordan for the first time and I'm glad to say I have found my go to plumber.

  Jordan's work is not only professional but very tidy. He installed two water supplies for my new kitchen and got rid of the old one. He checked my boiler pump too, and made sure all the waste water was going to the right places. Both his internal and external work is solid, tidy drilling and everything looks level and presentable. I can 100% say Jordan will be my go to plumber, definitely the right person to have in your contacts for good pro work. Very happy!
