I contacted Jordon through Check a trade and I’m so glad I did we wanted our bathroom redesigned to accommodate a bath as we only had a shower so had everything replaced. Jordan was great with different design ideas and places to look for baths etc . He kept in contact with us with texts and phone calls and came when he said he would his attention to detail was outstanding everything was left tidy . A great quy all round friendly ,polite and professional and I got a fabulous bathroom !

Decided to overhaul my very dated bathroom into a modern shower room. Just needed a professional to make it happen. What a breath of fresh air Jordan was (after some lacklustre reluctant quotes from a couple of 'busy' plumbers) - keen, engaging, making suggestions but not losing sight of my core requirements. Quality and progress of the work impressive and the job was completed within time and budget. A happy customer indeed and I have no hesitation in recommending Flowcast to anyone needing the services of a modern professional.

Jordan has done a great job installing three new toilet flushes. Very professional job. I have previously used him for radiator work and on both occasions I have been very happy with the jobs. After work has been completed a full breakdown of the work/ parts provided. 100% recommend this person.

Jordan communicated straight forward, simply and openly about cost estimation and time taken. Arrived the next day to fix it. Efficient, quick, polite and very easy to have in the flat during the fix.

From my initial enquiry Jordon was very helpful. We discussed the work that needed doing and Jordon said that if I let him know when the new toilet arrived he would fit me in. Despite changes to delivery time he came to fit the toilet even though it meant him working late. Jordon was very pleasant and polite throughout. He made adjustments to the surround to accommodate the difference in size from my old toilet. He left the area clean. I am very satisfied with his work, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.
