    Alan identified the underlying issue with the broken manhole cover. He explained the issue and the approach clearly and rebuilt the whole drainage area in the promised time. Great job. Would 100% recommend.

    I would highly recommend Allan - Flow 3. We’ve had alot of damp in our flat and couldn’t get to the bottom of it. Until we spoke to Allan and realised the damp was possibly coming from the pipes/drains below. He discovered our problem was a broken pipe into the main sewer taking water from the roof to the drains. He also found with a camera that someone had cover up our man hole and cement had fallen into it blocking waste flow. After digging up all the drains and surrounding area Allan was also great at tiding up the mess made which was pretty epic. Big thank you to Allan & team. Jodie

    Manhole rediscovery and drain lininf

    Alan and his team solved the recurring drainage block in our London terraced house. This required hunting a manhole that had been covered by previous builders, carefully cutting through the floor to access the manhole, lining 17m of drain and creating a new access hatch, matching the existing finish, in the living room floor. They did this while managing my elderly mother, who suffers from dementia and her sociable dachshund who was keen to get involved. They did a 5 star job, keeping me well informed at all stages, and went above and beyond to ensure my mum felt safe and relaxed.

Our engineers have over 20 years drainage experience so no matter what the problem, we can fix it. From a blocked sink to a new drainage installation our engineers will ensure you get a first-class service at an affordable cost.

- 24 Hour internal and external drainage unblocking with mechanical machines and high-pressure water jetting. We also include a look see CCTV to investigate the cause of the blockage within the cost.

- A1 class CCTV surveys and Wincan reports with recommendations and costings. Fast turnaround service can also be provided for urgent repairs, insurance repairs and house purchase surveys.

- Excavation repairs to defective sections of drainage systems or full installations of new drainage including Thames Water build over agreements to their requested spec.

- Polyester and local lining works at competitive prices to repair defective sections of drainage without the need to disrupt surfaces like new patios or extensions.

- Reconfiguration of drainage systems and new installations for home modifications such as new bathrooms / kitchens.

- Descale / degrease and mechanical root cutting with high pressure water jetting and specialist ENZ chain flail and spinning jet nozzles. This can also be used to remove concrete or jointing compound restricting pipes.

- Defective interceptor removal and replacement with new pipework. We also install vermin blockers to prevent infestation.

- Replacement of defective manhole covers and frames. Up rating of manhole covers if required.

- Site visit free of charge to ensure we can provide a comprehensive quotation for the works required.
