Alan and his team solved the recurring drainage block in our London terraced house. This required hunting a manhole that had been covered by previous builders, carefully cutting through the floor to access the manhole, lining 17m of drain and creating a new access hatch, matching the existing finish, in the living room floor. They did this while managing my elderly mother, who suffers from dementia and her sociable dachshund who was keen to get involved. They did a 5 star job, keeping me well informed at all stages, and went above and beyond to ensure my mum felt safe and relaxed.

Flow 3 were prompt, detailed and clear in explaining what work could be done, which helps the customer make an informed decision. Very pleased with the professional work and consideration taken to complete a swift and satisfactory outcome.

Communication was clear from the start and provided regular updates on arrival time. Cost was as agreed and completed to a high standard with excellent advice given

Alan is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and a genuinely nice man. He solved a blocked toilet/drain limescale buildup problem we had had for many years. Others had quoted significantly more than Alan and had provided me with false information. Alan took the time on the phone to understand the problem, arrived fully equipped and gave me a step-by-step update. His prices are transparent and absolutely fair. If you have a drainage problem, you don't need to look further. I highly recommend Alan/Flow 3.

Polite, punctual and considerate to neighbors. Job was started and finished on time leaving the site clean and tidy with high standard of finishing and attention to detail. Alan seems to care about what he does - which is reassuring. Obviously time will tell if our drain stops getting blocked but my feeling is that if it does, Alan and his team will be ok coming back to help.
