  Refurbished floors by Mark at Floored.

  Mark at Floored did a brilliant job of sanding and revarnishing our downstairs wooden floors. From our first contact Mark has been friendly, efficient and met all agreed timescales. Whilst on site Mark worked tirelessly and was very pleasant to be around. We are delighted with the end result, thank you.

  Floorboard sanding, staining and varnishing

  We used Mark 10 years ago to sand the wooden floorboards in our previous home. We recently moved house and wanted to use him again. These floorboards are nearly 100 years old and have always been covered up. Mark didn’t disappoint - renovating our hall, kitchen and lounge floors in 4 days to such a high standard. He was a pleasure to deal with and had good communication throughout, sending us photos of the kitchen floor which needed some boards replacing because of a leaky pipe over a number of months. This was done with reclaimed boards to match and you can’t tell where the repairs were.

  Beautifully Restored Floors by a True Professional

  Mark was excellent — punctual, tidy, and a true expert in his craft. He restored our original pine floorboards beautifully, taking real care and precision with every detail. Throughout the process, he was communicative, professional, and clearly passionate about achieving the best result possible. We couldn’t be happier with how the floors turned out — they look incredible! We only wish he did stairs too, as we’d hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality floor sanding and restoration.

  Mark was brilliant. Very genuine guy, knows his stuff and we are delighted with the result! All the stuff you usually worry about, with any sort of work: are they going to turn up on times, be clear and honest, on budget, etc you need not worry about with Mark. Highly recommend if you want a professional you can trust, discuss options with and get you your ideal finish.
