  Friendly, helpful, reliable and professional.

  This company have been brilliant from start to finish. I have had a new living room floor because I didn’t want carpets anymore, having 3 dogs. I didn’t know what would be best to get, and grateful for the advice and help to get the wood. The floor is excellently finished to a high standard. I would 100 recommend FloorCraft to my friends and family and I’m really really happy with the results. Thank you

  Cancelled the job after we tried to firm up dates “too much pressure”!

  Measured up, discussed the job and quoted, very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Asked to go ahead and gave us a start date, following inspection of our floor after we have taken up the existing one to see best option for fitting. We have to organise taking up the new floor, disposal of a suite, scheduling delivery of the flooring and new suite, so asked to confirm he was coming on the agreed date to see the subfloor and confirm installation timings (a reasonable request or so we thought). He replied saying he can’t work under these conditions and pressure and cancelled on us. Ridiculous!

  Fitting wooden floors in 4 interconnecting rooms.

  Andy responded quickly to our initial enquiry. He attended our property to measure up and discuss the requirements. After emailing a quote we were able to agree on a start date. Andy was punctual every day, he payed attention to detail and was able to offer solutions if an unforeseen problem arose. The finish of the work is fantastic. Andy also passed the ‘The dogs like him’ test. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant.

  Kitchen floor

  Andrew turned up on time worked really hard. He cleaned up at the end of the day. He given great advice on which floor was best for my hose. He has an eye for detail. I would highly recommend him

  Can not recommend Andy enough this is the second time I have used him . A couple years ago he did my mums oak hallway in herringbone and do an amazing job . This time was for my kitchen and dining room. Great communication prompt and very nice guy . Workmanship brilliant with no issues . Would highly recommend.

  Fast response time, very reasonable quote. Andy kept us fully informed about the job and was friendly throughout. The job was finished quickly and the new floor looks incredible.
