Andy is very good at what he does, and is also very amenable! He made me feel comfortable right from the time he arrived and he gave his advice as well as recommendations. I would definitely recommend him.

I cannot recommend this company enough. First class service from start to finish.. Andy worked methodically, neatly and tidied up each room as he finished. His attention to detail goes above and beyond. I highly recommend his workmanship. He is very conscientious and an expert in his profession a perfectionist. Andy respected my home and kept me up-to-date with what he was doing in each room and area, a true gentleman.

This company have been brilliant from start to finish. I have had a new living room floor because I didn’t want carpets anymore, having 3 dogs. I didn’t know what would be best to get, and grateful for the advice and help to get the wood. The floor is excellently finished to a high standard. Measured up, discussed the job and quoted, very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Asked to go ahead and gave us a start date, following inspection of our floor after we have taken up the existing one to see best option for fitting. We have to organise taking up the new floor, disposal of a suite, scheduling delivery of the flooring and new suite, so asked to confirm he was coming on the agreed date to see the subfloor and confirm installation timings (a reasonable request or so we thought). He replied saying he can’t work under these conditions and pressure and cancelled on us. Ridiculous!

Andy responded quickly to our initial enquiry. He attended our property to measure up and discuss the requirements. After emailing a quote we were able to agree on a start date. Andy was punctual every day, he payed attention to detail and was able to offer solutions if an unforeseen problem arose. The finish of the work is fantastic. Andy also passed the ‘The dogs like him’ test. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant.
