Highly recommend for a house move

We would highly recommend Fletcher Removals, Coventry. Very happy with how everything went from initial quote to the actual move. Jason supplied the quote quickly and from then on everything slotted into place. The team that moved us were friendly, polite, quick and took great care with our items. They made a stressful day much easier to cope with.

Jason and his guys were absolutely amazing! We had to postpone at the last minute due to a problem with the new house and Jason moved things around to accommodate the new date at short notice The guys doing the actual moving made everything really easy, they had a 'crack on with it', positive attitude that made a stressful time so much easier Would 100% recommend 👌

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise if our service did not meet your expectations on your move. On completion of the move the team were of the understanding that everything was completed to your satisfaction. Our records show, that you only reported a single plug as damaged during the move. No other damage was reported. We have all relevant Insurances in place to cover any unfortunate damages. However, when you notified us of the broken plug it had exceeded the maximum time for a claim as detailed in our contract t&c's, which you had confirmed that you read and accepted prior to the move. Your feedback is important, and we take it seriously. We understand the frustration caused by the damage and will do our best to improve in the future.

Wonderful service and moved us in 4 hours from start to finish.. hardworking, polite and just got the job done...moving house is overwhelming but these guys completely took the stress away...would highly recommend

Moving in and out of storage

The company helped move items out of my house and into storage during a renovation. The team was very polite, prompt and professional. The items were a jumble and not packed, but the team weren’t phased and just got on with it. The key thing was finding a company willing to move disparate items with professionalism, and Fletcher Removals did this.

Our first contact was very comforting and helpful to my husband and I as we have never moved house before. The offers of help were amazing. Due to our age this made our housebmove stress free. The team were polite and the packing was done with the utmost care. Nothing was too much trouble. Even bought us a bacon sandwich! After their long drive to Norfolk the team unpacked our furniture etc with great care and the boxes were put in the appropriate rooms. A first class service, no breakages and would highly recommend this company.
