On completion of the move the team were of the understanding that everything was completed to your satisfaction.
Our records show, that you only reported a single plug as damaged during the move. No other damage was reported.
We have all relevant Insurances in place to cover any unfortunate damages. However, when you notified us of the broken plug it had exceeded the maximum time for a claim as detailed in our contract t&c's, which you had confirmed that you read and accepted prior to the move.
Your feedback is important, and we take it seriously. We understand the frustration caused by the damage and will do our best to improve in the future.
