Called and attended within 2 hours. New lock ordered for delivery following day. They fitted a temporary lock to secure door overnight. Full understandable explanation given of job. Fletcher Locksmiths have been trading in The North East as locksmiths for over 39 years with a retail shop in Fulwell Sunderland that offers key cutting ect and a unit at Pennywell Sunderland for our range of safes etc.
We have been recognised for our efforts during the Corona Pandemic. We have made local and national news helping NHS, key workers and religious institutions. We have supported our great front-line workers and hope that you can choose us as your locksmith.
Our call out service covers the Northeast area.
We are a family business that has built a great reputation over the years for quality, discretion and affordable prices.
We can usually give a fixed price over the phone.
If you can provide photos of door/broken lock, it`s always a massive help before we call-out.
We use WhatsApp, email and messenger. It's hard for you to know what type of lock you have and a picture makes it so much easier for us to understand what lock you require.
Upvc door problems seem to be our main work nowadays with failed lock mechanisms and door barrels being the most common faults
Our Locksmiths are also trained to work on Wooden Doors and mortice locks as most doors were wooden when we started out.
