Excellent service. The lock on my front door broke on a Sunday afternoon on a Tyne/Wear derby day. 😱 Layton came out within 20 minutes. He fitted a temporary lock so that I’d be safe then returned as soon as he could to fit the type of lock I’m used to. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Excellent work from father and son. Came directly from another job within 1 hour after we were locked out. The whole locking mechanism needed replacement and they returned shortly after getting us in with the replacement parts. Highly recommended

Layton talked us through the problem with our lock and fitted a new one within minutes. He gave us advice on what to use to maintain it in the future and realigned the door to make sure the handle would turn easier. A brilliant service - would definitely recommend!

Fixed our PVC conservatory door lock. Good communication, quick no nonsense, turned out to be a cheaper fixed so he reduced the price. Good honesty tradesman.
