Discovered an Internal door latch mechanism had broken and consequently I was unable to open the door. Phoned Fletchers, Paul took the call and quickly arranged for a locksmith to attend. Layton arrived in an hour and quickly assessed the issue and remedied the problem in a very professional manner, very good workmanship and very tidy. I would definitely use them again.

Paul and his son came out promptly to Whitburn, South Tyneside. They tried to resolve the problem a number of ways before drilling the lock and installing a new one. Polite and tidy. Great job from a knowledgable team. Before arrival I asked for estimated price, it was bang on and good value for money.

10/10 service - lost a house key and had no way of getting in managed to arrange to come out quickly and sorted the lock out in no time would highly recommend

I had contacted on Monday as I needed a window lock and door lock fixed. They were able to come the same day and quickly identify the problems with both locks. They advised about what work would be practical to do against the cost involved, and I thought they were honest lads who didn't try to pressure me into paying for unneeded work. I would happily use again and will be my first port of call for any future work.
