Unreliable and has taken monies without doing the work

This company carried out 2 jobs for me in a satisfactory manner in 2025. I requested a quote for a 3rd job via email on 31.12.25. Since then, despite many text messages and emails, Frazer Cole has failed to turn up on numerous occasions to inspect the job. He finally turned up on 5.1.26 and gave me a price for parts needed. He requested payment up front which I complied with. Since then, despite many texts and attempts to contact him, he has failed to turn up as agreed and the job has not been undertaken. I am out of pocket to the tune of £237.76 for the parts he says he has ordered.

Frazer provided an excellent, efficient and professioinal service replacing our stop valve on the incoming water main for a reasonable cost. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work.

During Frazer's first visit, he told us the last plumber had damaged the tank by fastening it tight so when he unscrewed it from wall, it split causing further issues. We paid straight away. He told us we needed a new loo & told us that he had found one practically the same - it's not the same. Much wider, cheap tiny seat and a tiny handle flush. Dumped the old loo at side of house which I found the next day. Didn't seal the loo so I asked him to come back. He wanted paying quickly and we did. Asked him to source a new seat and flush - said he would but never did. New cistern not working.
