  Feel disappointed

  During Frazer's first visit, he told us the last plumber had damaged the tank by fastening it tight so when he unscrewed it from wall, it split causing further issues. We paid straight away. He told us we needed a new loo & told us that he had found one practically the same - it's not the same. Much wider, cheap tiny seat and a tiny handle flush. Dumped the old loo at side of house which I found the next day. Didn't seal the loo so I asked him to come back. He wanted paying quickly and we did. Asked him to source a new seat and flush - said he would but never did. New cistern not working.
