  Very responsive and capable, but pretty expensive.

  Sam is very responsive, very user-friendly and very, very capable. We had a blockage in a shower. He also identified a genuine further blockage in a basin - as well as an equally genuine water leak in another basin. He was in and out in about 90 minutes. However he charges on a task rather than hourly basis. The total cost was £280. This was an £80 discount as he normally charges £180 for unblocking each shower/basin waste using equipment. Again, very capable and responsive. Just be aware of the tariff.

  I got Fix that leak number from Checkatrade and k’m very impressed with their work. They were professional but friendly polite and chatted like they’ve known me ages. That put me at ease. They went out of their way to check on other things and fix them

  I highly recommend Sam. He came out to deal with a leak at our property at short notice. He clearly explained the work he would have to undertake and the costs. He was efficient, professional, courteous and tidy. He was also very kind and patient with my daughter who was curious about the work he was doing!

  Sam was a lifesaver, dealt with the leak from flat above quickly and efficiently and kept us informed of the causes and what our next steps for repairs should be. Would highly recommend.

  Look no further for help with water / heating puzzles!!

  Sam is excellent. He's helped us with a number of concerns at two mixed commercial and residential properties. The issues have included pipe leaks, dodgy fittings and puzzling areas of damp just to mention a few... His advice, support and endless patience has been so very appreciated during a highly stressful time for our family and its a real comfort to know we can continue to rely on him for the long term.
