  A brilliant service. My bathroom completely flooded after a rodent infestation chewed through the pipe and created a nest around the pipework. After making a call to Fix That Leak, Sam made an emergency call out, quickly identified the issue and went about fixing it. He did an incredibly thorough job at removing the nest, cleaning the area, and putting in new ratproof pipework. It was a big job but he did it all in one day while maintaining attention to detail. I woke up to an incredibly stressful experience and by the end of the day all my issues were sorted. Couldn't ask for anything more.

  Great job with blocked pipes

  Amazing job. Sam helped us get rid of a terrible problem with blocked pipes and helped us understand how to sort it ourselves in future. Appreciate that he came out so late in the evening too!

  Speedy and Excellent Service!!

  Brilliant plumber and excellent service provided! Sam was able to diagnose and fix the immersion heater issue, which a previous plumber had failed to do. Sam attended on the same day, was extremely professional & friendly and quickly fixed the issue. Now I can finally take a hot shower! Would definitely be reaching out to Sam for any plumbing needs and would recommend his services.

  Excellent service from start to finish.

  Sam was incredibly responsive, reliable, polite, friendly and very experienced. He approached a complex underfloor leak with real precision—methodically investigating, locating the exact source, and fixing it properly. When an additional blockage was discovered, they handled that quickly as well, and also took care of extracting a large amount of water from beneath the property. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled smoothly and professionally throughout. 100% recommend and will be using again! Thank you again!

  Sam was responsive, friendly and helpful. He investigated, diagnosed and fixed two issues we had in our bathroom and kitchen, one of which involved liaising with a neighbour. We would highly recommend him and will be in touch again if we ever have a plumbing issue.

  Quick and professional, realy nice guy who talked me through everything he was doing so I felt very confident that he was doing a good job. Left everything clean too. I highly recomend!
