Sam was responsive, friendly and helpful. He investigated, diagnosed and fixed two issues we had in our bathroom and kitchen, one of which involved liaising with a neighbour. We would highly recommend him and will be in touch again if we ever have a plumbing issue.

Sam is very responsive, very user-friendly and very, very capable. We had a blockage in a shower. He also identified a genuine further blockage in a basin - as well as an equally genuine water leak in another basin. He was in and out in about 90 minutes. However he charges on a task rather than hourly basis. The total cost was £280. This was an £80 discount as he normally charges £180 for unblocking each shower/basin waste using equipment. Again, very capable and responsive. Just be aware of the tariff.
