Had an unidentified leak in the kitchen. Sam came round the same day and very quickly found the source of the problem and continued to check throughout the flat to identify other areas which needed preventive actions. He managed to complete all the suggested works within a couple of hours and went above and beyond to ensure a great cosmetic finish. He was also friendly, informative and cleared and removed all the rubbish. Would definitely recommend Sam and his company to friends.
