They came to fix our freezer and they unscrewed the door from our built-in freezer and left, blaming the issue on the door. Obviously that wasn’t the case because it was still broken. They came back when we complained and they randomly said it was the fan (again, total nonsense as they replaced the fan and our freezer was STILL broken). Having already spent £150+, we asked if they could come back and fix the freezer properly. They said they would, but we never heard from them again.
