Mr Arafat charges a £45 call-out fee, which in itself is reasonable. He stated that this fee would be deducted from the cost of any repair or replacement. However, when I explained that I intended to purchase a replacement unit independently from Amazon with pre-existing gift vouchers (rather than his ex-display unit), I was then informed that the call-out fee would only be deducted if I proceeded with purchasing his unit. This condition was not communicated at any point beforehand. I found the lack of transparency around this detail disappointing.

Considering the time of year, the company ordered the part the next day and the following day fixed the issue. Fingers crossed, we have a working oven for Xmas. Excellent service.
