Requested to characterise 'System Failure' in 15yr old somewhat inaccessible domestic installation. Appointment fixed for within days, communications excellent, attended on time, courteous, communicative, and helpful. System restored within an hour, no mess, detailed documentation of work done including photographic evidence provided immediately and payment problem free with offer made for follow up assistance if required. 5 yr follow up appointment made. Impressive stuff!

The response from my Checkatrade request was very quick, an appointment made and work carried out efficiently and effectively within a very short time of the initial contact. Ben was very easy to communicate with and we had confidence in him as soon as we met him. After several months of another company trying and failing to mend the leaks, Ben sorted it all out within a week. We would highly recommend him.

Ben contacted us promptly from our request through Checkatrade and fixed an appointment. Two of them arrived and sorted out the problem straight away and we are delighted that after another company completely failed to repair the leaks over several months, and in fact made the problem worse, we now have our solar heated hot water again. We whole-heartedly recommend them.
