  A sizeable job involving guttering (80m), downpipes, soffits, window jambs and sills and internal wallpaper stripping and re-surfacing (130sq m) including new coving (45m) with paint to doors, walls, ceilings, skirting and floor (20 sq m) sanded to a satin finish. Preparations thorough and all finished (2 coats) to a high standard. Contacts by phone, e-mail and on-site were punctual, polite, friendly and constructive despite supply delays and changes of plan. A pleasurable experience, a job very well done at a sensible cost in 7 days. Well done Ihor and Bogdan.

  Requested to characterise 'System Failure' in 15yr old somewhat inaccessible domestic installation. Appointment fixed for within days, communications excellent, attended on time, courteous, communicative, and helpful. System restored within an hour, no mess, detailed documentation of work done including photographic evidence provided immediately and payment problem free with offer made for follow up assistance if required. 5 yr follow up appointment made. Impressive stuff!

  Dishwasher Heater/Pump replacement (failed heater element)

  Excellent experience; diagnosed fault from content of initial telephone contact and attended on time with correct replacement unit and minor accessories. Access obviously difficult, task tackled professionally with patience and particular attention to possible post replacement leaking. Back Office support efficient and polite. Minor observations. Awkward initial e-mail contact, nothing happened for first 48hours and completing cash transfer as payment (as opposed to CC) hurriedly with the detail required is not comfortable. Overall still 10/10 and will use again.
