  Absolutely Appalling Service – Avoid at All Costs!

  I was quoted £45 over the phone and waited 20 minutes for the locksmith to arrive. When he finally did, I was told it would actually cost £150 for the job and £190 for the barrel. Naturally, I assumed that meant £190 in total, not an extra £190 on top of the £150! This is outright misleading and dishonest pricing. When I called the number on the website to question the drastic difference, the person who answered was rude and dismissive. I will be raising this further because this feels like daylight robbery. My advice to anyone considering this company – stay well away unless you want to be

  My tenant text me at 7.am to say the handle on the inside flat door came off I’m their hand so they could not open the door and had a climb out of the window to open the door from outside. Fix my locks arrived swiftly by 8.am had a replacement lock and did a great job. Happy tenants happy landlord reasonable cost if your looking for a professional locksmith I recommend they should be your first call.

  Mel was quick to respond and quick to put our minds at ease. He was courteous and friendly and sorted our lock with no issue. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself too, which was an added bonus. We would definitely use him again, and will recommend him to friends!

  Fixed Our Lock and Put Us at Ease

  We got locked out and they came right away to help us. They fixed the lock, changed the whole system, and made sure everything was working properly. They even lubricated it and checked everything so we wouldn’t have more issues. The service was excellent and they were really friendly. Honestly, they turned a stressful situation into a good experience. Highly recommend!
